Welcome to learndirect at Amethyst.

Amethyst, formed in 1983, started in Coalville, Leicestershire.

During 1988 the company moved onto the Hermitage Industrial Estate, to a custom designed building offering superb facilities for training.

In 2007 we opened an additional Training Centre in Braunstone / New Parks Leicester.

We offer a relaxed and friendly environment in which to learn: modern, well equipped training suites and flexible opening hours. There is a rest area where you may enjoy free drinks and light refreshments.

We are committed to providing excellent standards of training using experienced tutors. Our training suites have the latest Microsoft and Intel technologies.

We offer a comprehensive range of learndirect courses which are either heavily funded or very competitively priced.

For busineses we offer a wide range of NVQ's with funding often being available via 'Train to Gain'.
