Amethyst is currently offering businesses in the area a FREE Organisational Needs Analysis, or ONA as it is commonly known.  Compiled by trained staff, the ONA identifies three key features for your business.

1. Where is your company at the moment?  What is the skills base of your staff?  What are your key markets?  What are your productivity and/or quality and/or efficiency measures?
2. What is/are your strategic plans for the next 12 months?  How do you intend to get there?  What changes need to happen to help you to succeed?
3. What training do you need to achieve this strategic shift?  How can local training providers help you?

Unlike most training providers, we provide concrete measures of productivity, quality and/or efficiency both before and after the training to show how far along the strategic journey you have progressed. This ONA service is completely without obligation.

If you wish to proceed further after this, we will assess each member of staff’s needs throughout your organisation and will devise a plan of training for your whole organisation.  If we cannot provide the training, we have many partner organisations to help you to progress your strategy.

Remember, you have a 2.5 times greater chance of surviving a downturn if your staff are trained AND will be more prepared for the upturn when it comes.
