Funding Eligibility

A brief summary of some of the main eligibility criteria for our funding contracts include:

• Must be aged 19 or over on 1st September 2009
• Must be a UK or EU Citizen or resident in the country for three years
• For our Skills for Life courses there must be a learning need between
  Entry Level 3 and Level 2

In addition for 'Train to Gain' employer based NVQs the learner:-

• Must have a paid or voluntary contract with a UK employer
• Must not already have a Full Level 2 qualification in any subject

This list is not exhaustive and additional eligibility rules apply to different funded contracts.  Your Adviser will explore your eligibility with you.
